About Us
Remote was founded in 1999 by people who’d worked in government before becoming contractors themselves. We’ve navigated contract extensions, clearance timeframes, onboarding delays and changing priorities because we’ve worked in those environments.
Today, we support Commonwealth agencies across Defence, the National Intelligence Community (NIC) and broader government, helping them find the people they need to deliver their work.
A lot of the people we work with have known Remote for years. They’re people we’ve worked with before and kept in touch with. Many of our conversations begin with someone saying, “I was told I should give you a call.”
Remote is available through a range of Australian Government procurement arrangements, including Whole of Australian Government panels administered by the Department of Finance, Digital Marketplace 2, ICT Provider Arrangement (ICTPA) and GeoPanel.

Daniel is the General Manager at Remote, with over 15 years’ experience in the military and Defence industry and a practical, people‑focused leadership approach.
Susan Trinh
Business manager
Susan brings over 15 years’ of experience in operations management and enterprise delivery across the NIC, and is known for her warm, approachable style.
Kate Dyce
Operations manager
Since 2006, Kate has led ICT projects in Defence using PRINCE and Agile methods. As Ops Manager, she coordinates Remote’s services and mentors consultants.

Casey is the heartbeat of Remote’s consulting services. She coordinates consultants to their assignments, ensuring the right people are aligned to the right work at the right time.
