Security Analyst (PROJ-4340)
Job Description
Remote is seeking someone with an intelligence, investigation or data analysis background to work within Defence supporting the Insider Threat and Investigative Support (ITIS) Directorate within Joint Capabilities Group (JCG). They are generating a bespoke solution that collects, transports, normalises and presents audit logging events from security applications. (ITIS-JCG EY Tender)
Role Description
- Draw and communicate insights from data sources and explain the relationship between the data and the context in which its used.
- Experience with the range of data security classifications and information handling practices.
- Experience handling and analysing evidentiary data and contributing to investigations including digital forensics practices.
- Experience with data analysis and investigative software applications (Nuix, FTK, Axiom, X-Ways).
- Undertake, document and improve business situations and operating procedures.
Desirable
- Cert IV Government Investigations
- Data Analysis/Investigative Support experience
